We had a lovely tour guide! I believe her name was Osette. I've been to the Louvre several times and have always struggled to find my way around but how nice to have a knowledgeable guide who enabled us to not have to worry about following a map every few steps and gave us interesting histories of the museum and of the major works. And as we waited until just before closing to view the Mona Lisa, there was no line which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth every penny/euro!
