Very dissapointing there was no where on my reservation to pick up tickets in Paris I was with my 4 young children for the lunch cruise we were not allowed on the boat even though I had my confirmation when I went to the ticket place to complain they dis not care less not even tried to get us on another boat nothing. I will nevee book on-line again.
