This tour is perfect if you're new to France and don't know the transportation system. The tour uses the metro so if you're already familiar you may be disappointed because you could get there yourself. We on the other hand were not familiar so the ease was very much welcomed. Also, we truly did skip the lines and got right in when we arrived. I also very much liked that you were on you're own at Versailles, there is no end time and you can stay as long as you like. The only reason for leaving one star off is that we were given verbal instructions on how to get back "home" but we all forgot and ended up taking a taxis so my recommendation for the company is to hand out written instructions on how to get back.
