Stephanie is a native from Paris who spent years with her family in Normandy while her children were growing up. She describes herself as a child as the “petit souris” (little mouse) who was sneaking in to the kitchen to watch her mom cook. Later, she went on to improve her cooking skills, graduating from one of the top hospitality schools in Lausanne, Switzerland! Stephanie lives in a lovely Paris apartment in the Batignolles neighborhood. She is passionate about the marvels of her local market, just across the street and has both knowledge of the various local ingredients and of teaching how to cook traditional and typical homestyle French dishes.
