Features
The Don Juan II recalls the boats of the great pleasure craft era, blending modernism and charm. It features a spacious bar and reception room, soundproofing and air conditioning, non-smoking area, brass fittings, and mahogany woodwork and panelling, uniformed crew, outstanding service fit for a king, as well as a large open-air and covered decks from which to view and take photos. In the winter the open fire gives off an amber glow while you relax in the lounge.
The atmosphere inside the cabin is intimate and warm, that of a true luxury yacht. The wines and food are presented on exquisitely-laid private tables by the windows (up to 14), which contributes to a very luxurious atmosphere, reminiscent of the great cruises of yesteryear.
Tasting Menu:
The food is prepared by Le Notre a leader in French gourmet cuisine for 50 years. A team of expert chefs overseen by chef Guy Krenzer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, offer you fine French gourmet cuisine. Their goal is for you to discover new tastes and seduce you with a discerning mixtures of flavours, while always emphasizing high-quality seasonal products.
