In a discreet and unique setting in the heart of the Opera District, Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann is teaming up with DUCLOT La Cave to host a French wine tasting workshop. Lasting an hour and a half, you will explore France’s major wine-growing regions and their grape varieties: Bourgogne, Bordeaux, Champagne, etc. This tasting journey will cover 6 wines and champagnes selected by the sommeliers at DUCLOT La Cave. The experience will teach you specific vocabulary, the correct tasting actions and techniques and how to appreciate the aromas and subtleties of each bottle. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover French expertise during your stay in Paris in a warm and friendly setting. And, to prolong the experience, stay to chat with the sommelier who will guide you on which vintages to take home with you from your trip to Paris.
