Wanted to be sure to experience Parmesan Reggiano and other staple foods in this region and this tour exceeded our expectations. Wonderful day with our guide to see the art of making Parmesan cheese, Parma ham and balsamic vinegar accompanied with lunch. Do the full day tour it’s a great experience!

The tour guide James is extremely informative and knows the area well. He spoke English well and answered all questions. I have a greater appreciation of the process to produce Parmesan/Ham. Highly recommend the tour.
