Day 1: Paro -Thimphu sightseeing

Stop At: Buddha Dordenma, Kuensel Phodrang Viewing Point, Thimphu 11001 Bhutan
After your beautiful flight to Happiness Kingdom of Bhutan. Our representative will be eagerly waiting for you to welcome and anticipate for your wonderful tour in Bhutan. We will comfortably sit you in vehicle and proceed to capital city of Thimphu. Check in at the hotel and rest for a while. Once you are settled we will escort you to the following place/sites. Visit Post Office: The Bhutanese style architect building give you the feeling of where you in the small home at kingdom of Bhutan. You can get best and unique experience by clicked and printed your photo on the Bhutanese stamp. Beside that you will be able engage with small museum which it will make unforgettable experience in Bhutan. Kuenselphodrang or Buddha point- it is located on the hill top of Kuenselphodrang. South part of Thimphu. Statue of Shakyamuni, one of the largest statue in the world sited upon large meditation hall, stand tall above Thimphu. All grand festivals takes place the statue of Buddha Dordenma.

Day 2: Thimphu – Paro Sightseeing

Stop At: Thimphu Chorten (Memorial Chorten), Thimphu Bhutan
After your beautiful breakfast, visit National Memorial chorten – It was built in 1974 in the memory of third king Jigme Dorji Wangchuk dedicate to world peace. It is an extraordinary example of Buddhist architect and artworks with its gorgeous paintings and sculptures. It is popularly known as “ the most religious landmarks in the Bhutan”, you can find lots of people circulating the chorten throughout the day. Motithang Takin Reserve- is located at Motithang. Bhutan is a wildlife reserve area for takin, the national animal of Bhutan. the declaration of National animal of Bhutan is attributed to legend creation in 15th century by Lam Drukpa Kuenley ( popularly known as Divine Mad man). Bhutanese Handmade Paper Factory- The factory produce traditional Bhutanese handmade paper from bark of Daphne plant. You can see how Bhutanese paper are made in our traditional way. Factory also preserves and promote the old age tradition by producing notebook, lampshades, calendar and other decorative product. Kyichu Lhakhang – one of the oldest temple in Bhutan, built in 7th century by the Tibetan ruler. It is considered to be one of the 108 temple he built in a day. Today, Kyichu houses a Jowo temple and Guru Lhakhang. Paro Rinpong Dzong- Deconsecrated in 1646 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel and was established as the administrative and monastic Centre for the western region. Today it is the administrative Centre for only one district. It is also a tentative sites for UNISCO inclusion. Paro National Museum- Built in 1649 which used to serve as watch tower to Paro Dzong, now it is converted to National museum which displays impressive collection of ancient artifacts including traditional costume, weapons and Handicrafts. The cylindrical shaped building overlooks the Paro valley today.

Day 3: Paro sightseeing

Stop At: Paro Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest), Taktsang Trail, Paro 11001 Bhutan
After your beautiful breakfast, Visit Taktsang ( Tiger nest Monastery)- Built in 1672 where Guru Rinpoche mediated 3 year, 3 months, 3 days, 3 hours in the 7th century AD. It is considered to be one of the wonders by the UNISCO and a very historic and holy place for the Bhutanese people and visitor. Paro Town- You may do shopping in this beautiful town because you will see lots of beautiful Bhutanese inside Bhutanese traditional house.
