Itinerary

Day 1: PICK UP & COFFEE TOUR

Stop At: La Divisa De Don Juan, Via Altagracia - Vereda Filobonito, Pereira Colombia
Just a few minutes away from the city of Pereira, you will visit a small coffee farm among the city, where its owners express the passion for producing, roasting and preparing the best coffee in the world. Along with one of its owners, walk through coffee crops to know the details of production process. Different flavors and preparations accompany the tour, stimulating your senses, then a roaster master will share with you the details for achieving the appropriate roasting level where Colombian coffee express its best flavors. Learn one of the local methods of preparation, in which a cup of coffee will be unforgettable.

Day 2: ENCANTO DE LOS ANDES, DAYTOUR

Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
Coffee Cultural Landscape is as rich as full of contrasts, and this experience proves it. In the morning, we visit Cocora Valley where we walk under the highest wax palms in the world, going up to the mountain to meet up with the mysterious cloud forests. Then, we walk by the colonial streets at Salento. Later at noon, we go to Filandia, where lunch is another gastronomic experience, as fusion cuisine with typical products. In the afternoon, you’ll walk the main streets of Filandia observing its architecture with a variety of shapes and colors. At the end, share the experience of learning a local craft with an authentic craftswoman, live the challenge of weaving with your own hands a basket from natural fibers. Transfer back to Hotel in Pereira.
