Day 1: Perth to Dunsborough

Stop At: Busselton Jetty, Beach Front Busselton, Busselton, Western Australia 6280 Australia
Our adventure begins as we travel south from Perth with our first stop at the popular tourist town of Busselton. It’s hard to miss the 19th-century Jetty stretching 1.8km into the turquoise Geographe Bay. Here we’ll have a coffee on the waterfront, stroll along the white sandy beach and chat about what exciting things are to come.

Stop At: Meelup Beach Road, Busselton, Western Australia Australia
A little way down the road we’ll stop at the breathtaking Meelup Beach where we’ll have some lunch and a quick swim.

Stop At: Margaret River, Margaret River, Margaret River Region, Western Australia
Saying goodbye to paradise (don’t worry there will be plenty more), it’s time to tantalise your taste buds as we spend the whole afternoon tasting our way around the Margaret River region. We’ll visit boutique wineries, breweries, a gin distillery, chocolate factory and a cheese factory, sampling as we go.

Stop At: Dunsborough, Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River Region, Western Australia
We’ll be having dinner and spending the night in the popular tourist hotspot Dunsborough. Loved for its sparkling calm clear water, white sandy beaches and great evening vibes. Drive time today is about 3.5 hours with lots of stops along the way.

Day 2: Dunsborough to Walpole

Stop At: Ngilgi Cave, Yallingup Caves Road, Yallingup, Western Australia 6282 Australia
This morning you’ll meet Wardandi custodian Josh, who will introduce you to the world’s oldest living culture with his authentic and personal interpretation. Go deep down into the Ngilgi Cave for a memorable underground didgeridoo performance.

Stop At: Yallingup, Yallingup, Margaret River Region, Western Australia
Swing by the tiny town of Yallingup to check out some of the world’s best waves, before arriving into the township of Margaret River.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Margaret River, Margaret River, Margaret River Region, Western Australia
Nestled between vineyards and towering Karri forests, Margaret River is renowned for premium wine and produce, surfing, art and nature. You’ll have some free time here to explore the eclectic mix of shops and galleries.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Hamelin Bay, Hamelin Bay, Margaret River Region, Western Australia
We’ll stop at Hamelin Bay to check out the local stingrays.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Walpole, Walpole, Western Australia
Next, we’ll make our way into the pristine wilderness of Walpole, home of the Valley of the Giants. Here we’ll be having dinner and spending the night. There are about 4 hours of drive time today.

Day 3: Walpole to Albany

Stop At: Valley of the Giants Road 15 km east of Walpole, Western Australia 6333 Australia
This morning you’ll discover the stunning beauty of the Valley of the Giants. In this giant forest of towering Red Tingle trees, many are over 400 years old. We’ll spend some time here doing the ‘Ancient Empire Walk’ and ‘Treetop Canopy Walk’.

Stop At: William Bay National Park, William Bay National Park, Western Australia
Visit William Bay National Park where you will be amazed by the paradise that is Greens Pool. A magical beach completely sheltered, it’s the perfect place to have a swim.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Denmark, Denmark, Western Australia
Then it’s onto yet another laid back and beautiful township called Denmark, where we’ll have lunch.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Torndirrup National Park, Turn Left Just Before End of Salmon Hole Rd, 10 Km South of Albany, Albany, Western Australia 6330 Australia
Cruise along a glorious stretch of coastline to Albany, seeing how years of natural erosion have crafted incredible rock sculptures and granite bluffs – the Natural Bridge and The Gap are two of our favourites.

Stop At: Albany, Albany, Western Australia
We’ll have some time have a look around the historic township before dinner. We’ll overnight in Albany after an easy day of driving of around 2 hours.

Day 4: Albany to Esperance

Stop At: Porongurup National Park, via Mt Barker-Porongurup Rd Great Southern Region, Mount Barker, Western Australia 6323 Australia
Today visit the oldest mountain range in the world, the Porongurups. They rise from the landscape like an island. Set out on a two-hour hike through some spectacular forests to Castle Rock. A bit of a climb but worth every bit of effort as you are rewarded with breathtaking views over the region.

Stop At: Esperance, Esperance, Western Australia
Then it’s back on the bus to get ready for some of Australia’s most spectacular scenery. This part of Western Australia has no less than nine National Parks and some of the best beaches in the world. We’ll be spending some time at Twilight Beach before continuing onto Esperance. Here you’ll have some free time to explore the township before dinner. We’ll be staying in our Esperance accommodation for two nights and today drive around 5 hours.

Day 5: Cape Le Grand National Park

Stop At: 92 Dempster St Cape Le Grand National Park, Esperance, Western Australia 6450 Australia
Cape Le Grand is one of Western Australia’s best-known and most spectacular National Parks and is just a one-hour drive from Esperance. Pristine and perfect are two words that reflect its absolute beauty. The ocean here is practically transparent and the sand at Lucky Bay has twice been judged Australia’s whitest. You’ve seen the pictures of the kangaroos on the beach and this is where you’ll find them. So beautiful is this park we will be spending the whole day here exploring, swimming and bushwalking. And you’ll also have some free time to do whatever you please.

Today we’ll embark on one of the best hikes of the tour, climbing Frenchman Peak. We’ll have lunch here and watch a spectacular sunset with a cold beer before heading back to Esperance for dinner and our last night together.

Day 6: Esperance to Perth

Stop At: Wave Rock, Hyden, Western Australia 6359 Australia
On the last day of the tour, we have a lot of distance to cover so it’s up early and on our way. Stopping for lunch in an outback town we’ll continue on until we are marvelling at the weird and wonderful Wave Rock.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: York, York, Avon Valley, Western Australia
After some exploring, it’s back on the bus to the historic township of York, WA’s oldest inland town. We’ll see the Rabbit-Proof Fence that was built between 1901 and 1907 to keep rabbits and other agricultural pests, from the east, out of Western Australia.

As your amazing 6-day adventure tour comes to an end, we’ll roll into Perth around 6.30 pm after travelling around 9 hours with stops along the way.
