Visit an artisan olive oil producer's farm near Bevagna and learn how olive oil is made.

Experience the beautiful Umbrian countryside, walking among olive trees, together with our English speaking guide.

This tour takes you on a short walk with the farmer in the olive groves. He'll explain the history of olive oil and the techniques used to produced this top-quality product. You'll see the olive trees, the oil mill where they're ground into a paste and the state-of-the-art equipment used to extract the oil.

At the end of it all, you'll taste several different olive oils in a light lunch!

The lunch includes Tasting of Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables au gratin and pinzimonio.

Tasting of two legumes of Bevagna combined with our two valuable Monocultivar Moraiolo and Frantoio.

Mysticanza of the season combined with our seasoning flavored with orange.

Cruditè of Champignon Mushrooms combined with our lemon flavoured condiment.

Cold cuts, cheeses, dessert.
