At around 08:30 hrs, we leave your hotel in Krabi (conditions apply) and head straight to the sea side for a long-tail boat ride to the Island of Rooms - the translation of Koh Hong. Just a short ride in northwestern direction of Ao Nang, it takes a pretty exquisite jewel to stand out above the rest and Koh Hong does simply do the trick. Surrounded by shallow coral reefs and sugar-white sandy beaches, the island has redefined the definition of a perfect hideaway. There is simply not enough terms to describe the scenery, the hidden lagoon in this crescent-shaped island where magnificent snorkeling opportunities present itself once your professional boat captain sails upon the shores.
The inner area of Koh Hong houses beaches and mangrove forests completely surrounded by limestone mountains making the island look like a room which is the source of the name Koh Hong or Room Island where kayaks can glide through during low tide (optional, not included in the price), you can walk comfortably around inside again to relax and explore Hong Island.
A simple picnic lunch will be provided on the beach before it is time to board a long tail boat, brining you back to the mainland and your resort
