We had taken an earlier walking tour that was so much better I'm afraid it colored my view of this one. The guide wearing a colonial costume was a bit hokey. But what bothered me the most was that he went over the advertised tour time so apparently decided not to go to a couple of stops that were on the map. Fortunately we had already seen those places on the other tour, but I felt bad for the other tourists who missed out on those sites.

Our tour guide Steve was really awesome - he was dressed for the part, and full of good facts - some very obscure facts that our other guides did not know.. Kevin Bacons dad (Edmund) was the Urban planner that was responsible for much of philadelphia's revitalization and preservation- too cool.
