St Maarten Cruise Ship Adventure

We board Enigma C3, a 62 foot Lagoon Luxury Catamaran, on Dock Maarten at 9.30am. Also known as the Chesterfield’s Dock, it is a short walk from the cruise ship terminal.

Time to relax and enjoy the incredible views enjoying the fresh air as we proceed down the coast past the many bays and coves of the beautiful St. Maarten coastline.

Time to have a welcoming drink from our open bar!

Our first stop is Baie Longue, a beautiful bay on the French side of the island, where the famous La Samana resort is situated . La Samana is one of the premier resorts in the Caribbean. There is a long white sand beach, with a gorgeous anchorage tucked in behind the rocky headland. The water is crystal clear and always “Caribbean Warm”. This is the Caribbean at its best.

We anchor on the southern end of the beach, closer to the rocks, where there is good snorkeling . Relax with a noodle, or try paddle boarding!!

There is an open bar on board, consisting of Rum punch, Beer, Wine, Whiskey, Gin and Vodka, fruit juice, soft drinks and bottled water.

Lunch is a buffet style, with BBQ ribs, Blackened Fish, Seafood Paella, Potato salad and we now have a new Chicken Wanton salad , Our exotic green salad with freshfruit and nuts. (Read the reviews – you will not find better food on a yacht)

After lunch have a swim, or just relax on board ,the boat has huge deck space, and is never crowded. This exclusive excursion is not for everyone. It’s a bit more than some and you will get a lot more than most.

As we pass the approach for Princess Juliana airport, keep a careful lookout for planes .

St Maarten has the shortest runway in the world for a A330!

The best view is from the upper deck of the boat , a Lagoon 620 luxury catamaran.
