About this activity
The tour will be begin at 10am or 2pm - get ready to cruise around your own personal speed boat! After a brief introduction on how to operate the unique watercraft you will follow your guide as you drive your own little craft through the lagoon and along the scenic coastline.
The ride is a mix of beautiful scenery and exhilarating boat riding through the tropical ripples and waves. Make a stop for snorkeling at Creole Rock where you will be able to see a wide variety of fish including Ballyhoo, Sergeant Majors, Tang, Parrot Fish and Flounders. On the way back, travel through the lagoon for a close-up view of some of the villas and yachts.

Unfortunately due to weather, we were not able to go out on the Self-Drive Boat tour, however instead of just cancelling the trip, the tour operator offered us a tour around the island and a stop for lunch at a local restaurant. On top of that, the tour operator drove us back to our ship because the taxi driver we had from the ship out to the tour was nasty. He was one of the worst taxi drivers I have ever had. Also, we had a situation where we needed to get to a pharmacy, the tour company had their driver drive us to 3 or 4 pharmacies to get what we needed. Unfortunately each pharmacy did not have it, and we ended up getting what we needed from a store near the dock, however, the tour company went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated. The tour company was very professional, accommodating and all around fabulous. Do not hesitate to book.
