Pottery workshop: Handmade with Angkor Designs

Always wanted to make your own pots and flower vases? Now you can! Learn the entire process of hand-making pottery and the intricate carvings decorating it. You'll be able to make anything, be it a vase, a pot, even a bust if you're up to it! Just show us a picture of what you would like and we can make it happen :)

The clay we use does not require the use of a pottery wheel. We mould it with our hands and sculpt it with tools. The clay is also designed for baking in the sun and requires no baking in the kiln. Therefore, worry not about the time needed to collect your artwork! You can bring it home immediately after you make it.

If this is the first time you've come in contact with clay, you'll be absolutely fascinated! The variety of tools available allow you to create almost any shape and pattern you can possibly imagine. Once you've decided on that, you simply create the desired shape before adding your own intricate carvings onto it. Then finally you just sun it for a few hours and it will harden enough for you to use it.
