Stop At: Phu Quoc Island, Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province

First off, You'll learn how to create one of Vietnam's most iconic dishes; Summer rolls with all ingredients provided and an expert to show you how it's done. We will then move on to a local restaurant with a great reputation for a traditional Hanoian dish Bun dau mam tom, this platter is made for sharing so be prepared to eat at much as you like. Our third dish is Bo sot vang; French-influenced and full of Vietnamese culture. Next stop is Phu Quoc's best Banh Cuon where we will try two different styles. Last but not least dessert! Get ready to taste an iconic southern-style dessert named Che.
Please note that the dishes we will be tasting include beef, pork and chicken.
