Harvest Caye Excursion : River Rafting

Your adventure officially starts in the peaceful village of Placencia in Southern Belize. You will board our comfortable air conditioned transport to the beautiful Rio Grande River of Belize on a 50 minute Ride. On your way to the site, you'll enjoy picturesque views of the Mayan Mountains in the background and the beauty of the Traditional Mayan Villages being passed along the way. Before heading into the River, you'll be given the chance to change off into your bathing suits, your guide will then administer the Raft to suit you. We have single, double and Family Sized Rafts that seats up to 6 Adults to comfortably suit your needs and party size. After a short safety briefing by your guide, you will begin your 1 hour Journey on the Rio Grande River of Belize. The view is magnificent, you will pass by settlements where you will see how the locals live, and might even get the chance to see them as they would routinely use this River to retain drinking water and to clean . Your guide will be there to assist you and to point out different article of interests on this ride.
