This place is beautiful, it is a natural cave. I give 5 stars to the place and 1 to the guide Ricardo. This man was rude, not willing to be nice with us. We were a group of 5 people and no one was happy with his services. In 5 years going to Riviera Maya this was my only bad experience. I am wondering how come somebody so rude, inpatient and rushing is still allowed to be working with tourists. Very disappointed.

This trip was great. We have been on Cenote tours before and found this one the best we have done. We had a 8yr old and 5 yr old. It was a little hard for our 5 yr old but great for the 8. It had a good mix of in water and out of water tour with a good narration from Mario. They had the necessary gear water shoes, life jacket and wet suit if you wanted it.

My friends and I were the first ones to arrive so fortunately we got a private tour! Our tour guide - sorry I can't remember his name, was very informative and attentive to my friend's needs. My friend has a bad back so he struggled with certain portions of the tour. There was an area where you can't walk upright - you have to crawl/bend over to get to the other side. Since it was just us, there was no rush and the tour guide was super patient and concerned with us. My favorite part was the free facial/scrub! Thanks again for an amazing time!

My 9 year old daughter and I went on this tour in March and and had a great time. Our guide spoke very good English and was well informed. The cenote was unlike anything we had ever seen before. We snorkeled through a dark cavern. There weren't many fish but were many bats and we even saw a scorpion spider. Definitely get the wetsuits because the water is very cold. The only negative thing I would say is the tour company was a little hard to get in touch with but after a couple calls I was able to arrange for a pickup and dropoff at our hotel.
