After pickup in La Isla Shopping mall in Cancun's hotel zone, head to Cirque du Soleil’s theater, located in the Riviera Maya tropical forest Infront of Vidanta Resort. Step inside the new venue, designed and built for JOYÀ, which is the first permanent Cirque show outside of the United States.

The various seating packages are described in the Itinerary below. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner service starts an hour before the show.

Settle in for a story about Joyà, a restless teenage girl who is transported to a mysterious jungle by her alchemist grandfather. An original music score and stunning acrobatics bring the whimsical world to life as Joyà conquers challenges that her mischievous grandfather has secretly laid out for her.

After the 75-minute show ends, you'll be taken back to Cancún

High Stool (Show Only):

A comfortable bar stool with back support and a leg rest in the last row of the theater. Location offers a panoramic view of the show; beverage and food are not included.

Table Seating (Show Only):

Seats are located off to the side of the stage. S Ideal for guests who would like to purchase additional drinks during the show. (Sections 8 and 9.); beverages and food are not included.

Champagne + Show:

Table seating in central premium seats, gourmet appetizers and a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. (Sections 4, 5 ,6 and 7.)

Champagne + Dinner + Show:

Enjoy close to the stage seating and a 3-course gourmet dinner plus a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. During dinner, guests will enjoy an hour of pre-show entertainment. Dinner is one hour before the show starts.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday, at this famous venue. I bought the champagne dinner package and was surprised when we received an upgrade to VIP. We had the best seats in the house, gourmet dining and first-class entertainment. My husband was thrilled

Beautiful theatre but Joya was all over the place with a winding story that may one dizzy with confusion. The acts were uneven and could use a refresh.

The evening begins with a opportunity for a pre dinner drink or appetizers if you didn't order the dinner. a walk up to the main event is steep but they offer wheel chairs. There was not a bad seat in the house. Appetizers were fabulous,! Amuse bouche ( dragons breath) exciting and delicious. Salmon or beef we had the salmon the drama never stopped! Very well presented and the taste wonderful. Desert lets say was nothing short or amazing. The show had all the excitement and drama one could ask for. Well worth the price. The people next to us had just come for the second time this week.

One of the highlights of our visit to Mexico. Did not receive a confirmation, and was a bit confused about when and where to meet the bus. A bit more clarity about directions would have been helpful. Overall a very enjoyable experience, would recommend to all.

We took the Joya shuttle from Playa del Carmen to the Maya Resort, so we were on time at arrival. We went directly to will call for our tickets. We were the first in line for the champagne dinner show. WE WERE NOT LATE! They appeared to be having computer issues. after several minutes, we were asked to step over to the side along with others behind us. After close to 30 minutes, they decided to escort the whole group over to the show. We then were broken into 3 groups show only, dinner show, and champagne dinner show. The show only group was escorted in. The rest waited. By this time, I did question someone about being late for the show or dinner. I was told not to worry! Finally, the girl came back for the rest of us. She had us return to the will call window. Mind you, this is all a very long walk. We return. Back in line. I'm now not first in line, so I move over to another window, which was smart. They were still having difficulties, as they were having to deal with some other office on cell phones. We finally got tickets. I questioned her about us now being late. She actually escorted us back over which was nice. After we were seated at our table, the show was about to begin. The head waiter came to inform us that because we were late, we could not be served. His wait staff were about to leave. We needed to be on time. This is when I had to read him the riot act. That WE WERE ON TIME! THAT WE WERE LATE BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS AT WILL CALL. THAT WE PAID FOR AND WILL GET OUR FULL DINNER, AND I DID NOT CARE WHO THEY FOUND TO SERVE US. The show was excellent, although it would have been better if we could have seen it without having to eat in the dark at the same time. There was never any apologies from the JOYA staff for their technical difficulties. I am not sure what caused this problem, but at this time I would advise people not to go until further notice.

This was absolutely fabulous, The Dinner was amazing, we got to change the Champange for wine as we are not big champagne drinkers. The show was amazing, we loved every minute of it.
