After pickup in Playacar Center in Playa del Carmen's hotel zone, head to Cirque du Soleil’s theater, located in the Riviera Maya tropical forest Infront of Vidanta Resort. Step inside the new venue, designed and built for JOYÀ, which is the first permanent Cirque show outside of the United States.
The various seating packages are described in the Itinerary below. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner service starts an hour before the show.
Settle in for a story about Joyà, a restless teenage girl who is transported to a mysterious jungle by her alchemist grandfather. An original music score and stunning acrobatics bring the whimsical world to life as Joyà conquers challenges that her mischievous grandfather has secretly laid out for her.
After the 75-minute show ends, you'll be taken back to Playa del Carmen.

Champagne + Show:
Table seating in central premium seats, gourmet appetizers and a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. (Sections 4, 5 ,6 and 7.)
Champagne + Dinner + Show:
Enjoy close to the stage seating and a 3-course gourmet dinner plus a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. During dinner, guests will enjoy an hour of pre-show entertainment. Dinner is one hour before the show starts.

- Your tickets will be held at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID in exchange for your tickets.

- Note: The 9:15pm option for December 31st includes: tickets, admission to an after party at Nektar, party props, tacos after 1am, live DJ playing all night.

Champagne, dinner and show was an experience of a lifetime. We really enjoyed the night except that some show performances were not performed as shown on the brochure.

A must see!!! Dinner and Champagne with front row seats, we felt like we were part of the show. Congratulations on a great show! Dinner was amazing with a great presentation and mouthwatering flavors. The wait staff was very friendly and could not ask for a better evening. This was a amazing venue. Congrats to all and a big THANK YOU for being one of the best highlights we had while visiting Mexico!
Joya was really great! I only wished to driver would of been on time.We had to wait in the rain for an hour and when we got there we had to rush to our seats with only 5min to spare.
The show itself was absolutely incredible, which is a lot for me to say since I'm not really into Cirque shows. All of the performers were AMAZING! We did the premium seats with wine note: you only get half a bottle per person which is a little dissapointing and appetizers, which were all very good. The show itself was a little hard to follow and I'm not sure that I ever got exactly what the plot was, but it was great nonetheless. Not sure I would do the transportation again because we had to take a cab to Playacar Mall and get dropped off there after the show, which was much farther away than I originally thought. I would definitely go see the show again, but the transportation is probably more of a hassle than its worth....
