First Time Dive Experience Tour

After a thorough briefing and explanation of how the scuba equipment works, you will be taken to a shallow pool to complete a couple of basic exercises (this will be done at the pool of your hotel. Participating hotels are Grand Sirenis, Grand Palladium, Viva Wyndham Maya, Viva Wyndham Azteca, The Royal and Gran Porto Real, please contact the tour operator if you are staying at a different hotel).

This first step of the training is done on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once you have completed the pool segment and feel comfortable in the water, you will go for the first dive to a max depth of 12mt /40ft. The dive will take place on the next day (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) in Cozumel. Transportation to the island is included.

This program covers a brief theoretical session, the skill development in the pool and an open water dive. You must be at least 10 years old and be in good physical condition, the tour lasts about 3 hours.
