About this activity

On this level 2 course you'll get a much deeper understanding of freediving and have a much deeper discovery of your aquatic potential. You'll be able to further understand how the body and mind can adapt and respond. The course will teach you different equalization techniques and training methods so you are able to dive deeper and in a more conscious way, reaching depths up to 30 meters (90 feet)
The course's content includes the following: Introduction to Freediving Level 2, Breathing for Freediving Level 2, Advanced Physiology / Respiration/ Circulation/ Mammal Reflex, Depth and Pressure, Frenzel Equalization, Safety Procedures/ Rescue Skills, Competitive Freediving, Freefall and Perfection of technique.
This level 2 course has the following prerequisites: Be 18 years old (16 with parent/s or guardian consent) and have completed the SSI Freediving Level 1 Course or equivalent.
The course takes place over 3 days.

Evidence of Freediving Certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a Level 2 Course
Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
