Cooking class in Plovdiv, why not? While traveling abroad, it is always fun to taste the local food. We offer you a chance to get to know the Bulgarian cuisine. So let’s go in the kitchen and cook our own Bulgarian food. Please note that you do not need special cooking skills for joining our tour. We are here to help you with experience and tips. All you need is interest in Bulgarian food and some free time.
During our cooking class in Plovdiv you will taste traditional Bulgarian food and drinks. We will do cooking and tasting together. And later you will learn to prepare Bulgarian food. We will share with you some of the small secrets of the local cuisine. And you will see that these are simple tricks but they make it all so tasty. Most of all, forget about the diet! Because on this day it is all about taste. We promise you a fun day in the kitchen!
Learn to stuff peppers with rice and meat the traditional way and make tarator (cold soup of Bulgarian yogurt, cucumbers, nuts and garlic). The meal you cooked and will be served is prepared according to Bulgarian culinary traditions using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
