Day 1: Devon - Buckfast Abbey, Dartmoor, Tavistock, Plymouth

Stop At: Tavistock Town Hall, Bedford Square, Dartmoor National Park, Tavistock PL19 0AU England
Look around Tavistock Town which is a ancient stannary and market town. Tavistock is famous for being the home of Sir Francis Drake. Visit St Michael's church which was built in the 12th century on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside.

Immerse yourself in the natural wonderful sights of Dartmoor National Park. Photo opportunity at 13th century Clapper Bridge.

Stop At: Plymouth Hoe, 1 The Hoe, Plymouth PL1 2NY England
Stroll along the scenic promenade overlooking Plymouth Sound. Sir Francis Drake set sail from here to fight the Spanish Armada in 1588..

See the point at which the Pilgrim Fathers set sail heading to The New World (America)

Day 2: North Cornwall - Padstow, Port Issac, Tintagel, Fowey, Charlestown Harbour

Stop At: Padstow Harbour, Padstow PL28 8DT England
Look around this typical Cornish fishing village with a beautiful small harbour and views across to Rock and the Atlantic Ocean. Famously home to the world renowned chef Rick Stein and his fish restaurants, hotels and pubs.

Stop At: Harbour, Port Isaac, Cornwall, Slipway Hotel Garage, Port Isaac England
Port Issac is a stunning small fishing village which is the TV location for Doc Martin. This is still an active small fishing port. Take a look around its narrow Victorian lanes with restaurants, shops and bars.

Stop At: Tintagel Castle Castle Road, Tintagel PL34 0HE England
Tintagel is home to the mythical legend of King Arthur and is the location of dramatic sea views and castle ruins with its history stretching back to the Roman times. NB contains a steep hill for walking.

Stop At: Charlestown Harbour, Charlestown, St Austell PL25 3NJ England
Explore this unspoiled 18th century small harbour on the East Cornwall coast. This harbour has been used for many movies and tv series such as Alice in Wonderland and Poldark.

Look around this medieval fishing port which has small cobbled streets in which the explore the rich and vibrant history of this fantastic see port.

Day 3: West Cornwall

Walk across these causeway (tide dependent) to this unabridged tidal island which is home to an castle and gardens (we do not enter the castle or gardens)

Stop At: Minack Theatre, Porthcurno, Penzance TR19 6JU England
Breathtaking views to be seen of this open air theatre carved out of the rock face overlooking the Atlantic Ocean (subject to days/times open)

Stop At: Botallack Mine, St Just England
World Heritage site, dating back to 1500's. Stroll around at your leisure to see these mines which were used during the filming of the successful period drama series Poldark.

Multi award winning seaside town which also hosts the Tate Gallery.
