Madeira Sunset by 4x4 with Dinner from Funchal

This tour will take around 4-5 hours, starting at 6h30pm from Funchal hotels. We'll pick you at your hotel / guest house or near by, and Hotels outside of Funchal will have a extra cost of €20.00 for picking up per booking. 

The tour will be done in a open 4x4 vehicle, taking you to explore countryside using the old roads, forestry and farmers roads, discovering villages, mountains and valleys hidden on Madeira Island and haveing stunning views of Ribeira Brava valley. Before dinner you'll see the sunset colours, and then stop at local restaurant for a traditional barbecue meal, (includes bread, main course, desert, 1 drink and coffee). After lunch, back to Funchal where we will have a last stop at a view point to see Funchal by night, and then return. On the restaurant you can enjoy the "espetada" large chunks of beef rubbed in garlic and salt, on a stick and grilled over an open fire served with local fried corn, "bolo do caco" served with garlic butter (circular bread, shaped like a cake, cooked on a "caco", a flat basalt stone slab). The tour will take you to little villages, Campanário - Lugar da Serra - Trompica - São Paulo - Ribeira Brava. This will be one of your best experiences in Madeira Island.
