Kayaking and Mountain Biking in Furnas from Ponta Delgada

After lunch at a restaurant in the Furnas village (choice of meat or fish entrees), you will start the mountain bike ride. It's a circular route (10.5 kms) which starts in Furnas village, follows to the calderas area by Lagoa das Furnas and continues through the dirt road that surrounds the lake. The highest point of this tour is located in the area of Pico dos Milhos, where you can admire the parish. The descent is made by secondary paths leading back to the beginning point. After finishing the activity, the return to Ponta Delgada is made by the North coast of the island.
