In this tour we can explore the volcanic complex of Furnas with around 800 thousand years old. Known for its boilers, fumaroles and thermal waters that form pools of medicinal and thermal water. On third of September of 1630, one of the biggest eruptions was revealed in Azores at Furnas volcano. In this tour we will have opportunity to see hot springs, boilers and also try the taste of different mineral waters, used in folk medicine. To record the best moments of Furnas we will have time to take a few pictures of the viewpoint Pico do Ferro. Finally we will visit the unique factory and plantation of tea in Europe, there we can try some typical tea. And to finish our tour it´s time to admire the beautiful view of Santa Iria viewpoint.
