Sanguinho The Lost Village Walking Tour in Azores

About this activity
This tour begins from your place of accommodation. Visitor pickup will begin at 9am and will follow with a 1 hour approximate drive to the village of Faial da Terra. Just ahead of this village lies the Sanguinho trail. As you walk along the trail, you will admire the surrounding nature and notice various trees, such as incense and acacia. Afterwards, you will reach the waterfall of Salto do Prego, famous for its fresh and crystalline water. You will also have the opportunity to take a refreshing bath within this clearing. Relax and recover as you appreciate the surroundings. You will then continue your walk to the old lost village of Sanguinho. Here you will find old buildings and a small farm along with a panoramic view over the village of Faial da Terra. At the end of our Trail, we will return you to your accommodation.
