SAO MIGUEL 7 THE NATURAL WONDERS

About this activity
After we have collected our guests in your Hotel / Accommodation, we will then start this magnificent tour to meet the 7 Natural Wonders of São Miguel.
We then head towards the west side of the island of São Miguel, where in the volcanic complex of the Seven Cities, with different stops in places and viewpoints, we will give special attention, so that you know and explore this area of the Seven Cities and also understand the because of the same name.
After having known and explored the western zone, we continue to the central zone of São Miguel, where another Wonder, Natural of S. Miguel, the Fogo Lagoon will be presented to him, being the Mirador of the Peak of the Barrosa one of the miradouros that better observes the lagoon and it is also the second highest point of the island of São Miguel, among other viewpoints, we will see and get to know the mythical Lagoa do Fogo, for many it is the most beautiful and beautiful of the island of São Miguel, not only for cause of its blue tones and its crystalline waters, but also by the green around it and by the harmony and dazzling of its habitat.
Also in the central zone of the island, we will know another Natural Wonder, a Cascade, with the name Salto de Cabrito, being for us the most splendid and beautiful waterfall that the island of São Miguel. It is an imposing waterfall with about 40 meters of altitude that excels by the freshness and the peace that provides to those who visit it. It features crystalline waters that invite bathing.
Around 13:00 we will already be in the City of Ribeira Grande where in a local Restaurant and chosen by us, will have some typical dishes of Regional Cuisine.
After lunch it is time to travel to the east side of the island of São Miguel, specifically to Furnas, where we have other natural wonders to show you and marvel at the landscape beauty that Furnas offers us, as well as, know and explore their fumaroles, boilers, springs of hot waters and mineral waters.
Our return to Ponta Delgada will be made by the south coast of the island where we will make our last stop in Vila Franca do Campo to present to you the last Natural Wonder of São Miguel, the island of Vila Franca.
