We had a wonderful private tour---just the two of us with Luvo so a very easy pace, lots of information about the city and country and even a coffee stop at the beautiful King Edward Hotel. It is always good to see a city through the eyes of a local, but also in this country to hear about the recent history that so many have lived through. Informative and inspiring.

This trip was so interesting as it really brought the history, buildings and culture to life. Had we done this alone wed have missed important historical details which helped us to become more aware of the impact of Nelson Mandela. A must do trip if youve only got a few hours in Port Elizabeth. The walking is not difficult by any means as its at an easy pace. The guide was a wonderful young man, who is passionate about his city, this passion is exactly what places like Port Elizabeth needs, especially with its young people.
