About this activity
Meet outside the Anchor Inn in downtown Port Vila and depart at 8:45am on an island tour to North Efate, complete with on-board commentary. Relax as you head out of town, past local villages and scenic highlights, in the air conditioned bus bound for Havannah Harbour to board Vanuatu's largest glass bottom boat for a true adventure cruise.
Havannah Harbour is a place where time stands still and villagers from adjacent islands still paddle their outrigger canoes. We cruise to a protected coral reef, home to a wide variety of living corals and many colorful, tropical fish. Jump into the crystal clear water for some of Vanuatu's best snorkeling. Try the new 'EasyBreathe' snorkeling mask or look through the boat's spacious windows as you cruise over a remarkable coral garden.
After doing some snorkeling, return for more scenic cruising to a coconut tree fringed beach, a perfect place for the children to swim. Watch as crew climb a coconut tree, taste fresh coconut, or wander over and talk to locals who frequently paddle to this beach to wash their clothes in a natural spring.
After more relaxed cruising, arrive at approximately 12:30 pm at Havannah Harbour's famous Wahoo Bar and Restaurant, just in time for lunch. The Wahoo earns consistently high reviews and you will have 1-hour to soak up this idyllic waterfront location. Loved by Vanuatu locals, this restaurant prides itself on fresh local seafood and organic Vanuatu beef. Lunch is at your own expense, so it's up to you - choose a snack or a sumptuous meal, or perhaps just go for a swim.
At 1:30 pm, it is time to re-board the coach and say goodbye to unforgettable Havannah Harbour. Arrive back in Port Vila at 2:30 pm with an abundance of photos and a lifetime of memories.

- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
