Day 1: Giant Banyon Tree

Stop At: Giant Banyan Tree, 1km North of Lenakel, Tanna Island Vanuatu
Airport transfer is included from your hotel in Port Vila for the 1-hour flight direct to Tanna Island
Discover this legendary Island and its people with a half day bushwalk. Pass through authentic villages, schools and gardens. Meet the locals all the way to the « Big Nabanga », the biggest banyan tree in the world.
Relax on Tanna’s peaceful white sand beach and enjoy the incredible sunset

Day 2: Authentic Village Experience and Active Volcano

Stop At: Mount Yasur, Tanna Island Vanuatu
4WD transfer to a true custom village for an off-the-beaten track experience. Immerse yourself in Vanuatu « Kastom », culture and traditional dance

In the afternoon, take a once-in-a-lifetime half day trek from the ash plain all the way to the top of Mount Yasur Volcano. Enjoy breathtaking views, meet the John Frum cult village, feel and hear the power of the volcano as we climb its slope. As the sun sets, Yasur’s lava explosions will turn red in front of your eyes!

Day 3: Relax at Port Resolution

Stop At: Port Resolution Yacht Club, Vanuatu
Relax on the amazing black sand beach of Port Resolution and experience the natural hot springs. A short walk with beautiful views over Port Resolution can also be organised

Local buffet lunch in the heart of the village
Scenic 4WD transfer to Tanna airport for your afternoon flight back to Port Vila.
