Douro Valley Wine Tour: Full Day with 2 Wine Estates, Lunch and River Cruise

Start early in the morning after a convenient pick up at your hotel, we’ll lead you through the famous Douro Valley Region on a more relaxing full day tour. We dedicate this day to explore the wine culture and the region itself, Discouver why the Alto Douro Vinhateiro Region is so much loved internationally. Uncover the most welcoming corners, breath taking landscapes and the green and gold tones on the beautiful Douro River.

Usually we visit first in the morning Quinta do Portal in Sabrosa or similar, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the property and taste 2 of the estate’s wines in a contemporary tasting room. You can also buy wine if you like.

Soon after we leave Sabrosa towards Pinhão where will be served a typical lunch at a local restaurant, after lunch, proceed to Pinhão quay to join an amazing 1 Hour cruise through the valley. Known that Pinhão is considered the heart of the Douro Valley, appreciate breath taking views along this panoramic experience.

Last but not least we’ll visit a second wine estate, this time will visit Quinta do Bomfim or similar, one of the most beautiful properties of the valley. Join a second visit to the winery and taste some of their best wines as the wine as you appreciate an astonish ladscape from the property.
