About this activity
Meet your guide in Niasca, a sandy beach nestled in the vegetation of the Mediterranean Sea, next to Paraggi Bay, famous for its crystal clear blue water. Get settled, leave your belongings safely in the outdoor sports center and start the tour with your local guide. A briefing on safety procedures and information about the Park will prepare yourself for the tour. No experience required.

Gliding into Niasca’s bay, the extraordinary panorama of the gulf of Paraggi will immediately seduce you. The bay, forbidden to boat traffic is ideal to take confidence with the paddle board and start the first part of your tour: a 45 minutes paddle boarding lesson!

Getting confident with the board, you will then be ready to start the tour which will take you exploring Portofino’s unique territory and hidden gems, sea and land, leaving space for possible sightseeing of sea mammals, birds and wild animals. Always guided by a local qualified guide and instructor, you’ll visit one of the most fascinating small harbors in the world by a unique perspective and in a totally sustainable way.

Portofino’s Protected Marine Area is characterized by one of the most beautiful and unspoiled coasts in the world. The tour allows you to visit the most important ecological, wildlife and historical attractions of the territory: Paraggi’s ecosystem, Portofino’s lighthouse and harbor, Olivetta beach dominated by centuries-old maritime pines and the eighteen-century Church of San Giorgio.

With your paddle board you will establish a real contact with nature and the environment.

The activity lasts one hour and a half (45 minutes lesson + 45 minutes tour) always guided by your local guide, happy to share with you tips and knowledge on paddle boarding and local history and culture.
