Erica was an excellent guide. She gave a good history overview and was very accommodating when one of our party had issues with stairs. Both her and our driver came up with alternate routes to walk and made sure we were comfortable. It was nice to get out of Prague and see a little of the countryside. And it's always interesting to spend time in the company of locals who are happy to share their culture.

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed the tour. It was on time and informative. We got to see a good amount of natural beauty and historical things and it is always nice to interact at a human level with people from other countries, which you can do in a small tour. I always find we have much more in common than expected! The caves were great, easy to negotiate and very well set up for tourists. The Castle was iconic and worth the trip itself. Definitely recommend.

We had a blast on this tour. Our guide Janna and our driver Mark had clearly never been to either of the two places we visited I think they were a last-minute fill in but their enthusiasm and love for their country and its culture shone through. The caves themselves and the castle were both well worth the money, and the meal for lunch was excellent. As others have noted, this was an under-subscribed tour, but that didn't stop them from picking us up at our rented apartment and dropping us off at the end of the day. We had a private tour for the entire day at no extra charge. They even provided a small breakfast of juice and pastry when we got in the car.

When I arrived in Prague I called the company to confirm my hotel pick-up. I waa informed that I am the only one who reserved for this tour. I really wanted to go so they arranged that I could still go by myself. It turned out to be a private tour. I did not have Petr as a tour guide because he had to go to another tour. They sent me the driver Pavel Cerny who spoke English less fluently. I was warned that he is not a tour guide. Pavel picked me up on time, took me to breakfast, and when I told him I forgot my tripod, he did not mind going back to my apartment to grab my tripod. He also allowed me to bring my girlfriend with me as long as she pays for her lunch and entrance. The entire tour was amazing! The caves are unbelievable and breath taking. I was in awe! I took a ton of photos. Pavel was very patient with me and my friend. The lunch at Karstejn Golf Resort was amazing. The castle tour was very informative. They saved the best for last. Pavel took us for a little hike at Lom Velka America. It was a magnificent place. Pavel was very thoughful to make sure that we were safe hiking. I wished I was able to go all the way down to capture up close photos of this grand place. Thank you Pavel for your excellent customer service. I hope you enjoyed our English 101 lessons : I give you a thumbs up!
