We paid extra for river view and the window was broken therfore the humidity destroed it. No vegan options as requested. The stuff was very friendly and saved the day.

The sights along the river are lovely. The live music was interesting. The buffet offerings are delicious. A nice way to end a day of touring.

Overall experience was good except we were placed in the middle of the boat instead of by the window. We were a group of 14 so may be they could not put a big table by the window, the tables by the window side are set up for 4 or 2 persons. We were seated at the end of the boat, could not hear the music, food was ample. The waiter taking the drink order was way too slow, they should have another person taking orders.

The whole evening was amazing from start to finish . The waiting staff were attentive and the food wasn't brilliant but still better than buying fast food .... But the local band playing music was a lovely addition. So overall a must if you visit Prague

We were welcomed to a luxurious well lighted roomy glass covered deck. We had good views of the Vltava sights both before and after the sunset. We could buy any drinks we liked. Service was excellent. The buffet was a bit crowded but food choice and quality was very good. There was a very competent 3 man jazz band who sported a wicked banjo player. The music was just right for the atmosphere - not too loud.
