We enjoyed the tour of Prague. Lovely town. My only complaint is that there were street vendors selling their art and a lot of us would have loved to stop and shop for a bit for souvenirs.

Hotel pickup was on time and worked well with our late arrival in Prague Saturday evening. Bus tour was good orientation to Prague on both sides of the river. Visited Castle Hill which was spectacular. Accompanying river cruise gave excellent overall scope of Prague for places to visit the next couple of days.

We gave the tour guide the address of our Air Bnb and they gave us a pick up time for 9.25 am. We were downstairs waiting at 9.15 and a few buses went past but none stopped. At 9.45 we phoned to check what has happened and we were told the bus driver didn't see anyone and left. They also told us we had to go to the central pick up point and they'd wait max 5 mins (the address they sent was 14 min walk!). We manage to get there and we actually didn't leave until 10.20 so... the tour started late. The first stop is the castle which as expected on a saturday morning was extremely busy. Be aware we didn't go inside! We just went around the complex and the guide would talk us through it. Keep in mind was super loud and the lady didn't have a microphone so I struggled to hear anything. At some point a person in the group asked to use the bathroom and the guide asked her not to cause we had to rush to the boat. Funny enough we then stopped to buy snacks for the guide and other people in the group? We then go on the boat which is basically a recorded machine that talks you through the monuments, you can easily book that yourself! Last bit was the most decent one, a walking tour of old town and Jewish quarter. Being directed was good but I'm not gonna lie the guide was boring so I ended up following the spanish guide on another group who had more interesting, cool facts and a better speaking pace. Overall I could have booked a walking tour and done castle and boat myself sparing me this inflated fee to be rushed around and be bored.

We arrived for our River Cruise a day early and booked the Prague Half-Day City Tour Including Vltava River Cruise with Viator. It was a great way to get acquainted with Prague and see some beautiful sites all at the same time. Our guide Renee was very knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions for local cuisine after the tour. We felt this was a great way to begin our stay in Prague and would highly recommend this experience to others.

The tour was a lot of fun and a great way to see the sites at night to take photos while being entertained by talented dancers!

Our guide was nothing short of Amazing. It is a great tour, a mix of venues and sights via bus, boat and a small amount of walking. Our guide Jakob was extremely informative and knowledgeable on the tour and delivered non stop value. Highly recommend.

They picked us up on time at the hotel and brought us to a central location to start the tour with a larger group. I was annoyed at first because when we switched to the larger group, the bus did not have air conditioning which was advertised (and one of the reasons I selected this tour). Then, it turned out to be mostly a walking tour, which also was not indicated on the tour description. We got to see some amazing history including the Charles Bridge, Atomic Clock, Vltava River, and Prague Castle. The tour also included an hour-long riverboat tour, which was very relaxing (and air-conditioned – which was good because this was during the warmest part of the day out on the river without any shade). Despite the poor description of the tour, it was well worth it.

What a wonderful preview of Prague! From the van pick-up at our hotel to the educational tour by our English-speaking tour leader, the day was enjoyable and informative. Each historical spot was so impressive, and the wealth of information attached to each venue was imparted clearly by our tour guide. We truly enjoyed the Prague Castle, St. Vitus' Cathedral, the glimpse of Charles Bridge which we returned to explore further, and the Astronomical Clock. The cruise up and down the Vltava River was the icing on the cake. Loved every minute of it!!!

My tour was amazing! The tour guide was so well informed, personable and very patient. He was so knowledgeable and made learning about all the historical sights even better! Highly recommend this tour! It was also the perfect amount of time.

This was a very thorough tour that gives you a very good and quick sense of the beautiful city of Prague and all it has to offer. All the main areas of the city are covered including the Castle, Old Town Square, the Jewish Section and an hour Vltava River Cruise. Definitely worth it and then go back and concentrate on the areas that are of most interest. Perfect for first timers and those on a tight schedule.

Even through a rain day this tour was the best way to get an overview of the city and what it had to offer. We used to plan the rest of our time in Prague. Great tour guide.

This was a great way to see the city. So much to see with the castle tour, the boat tour and then walking through the old city. It was well worth the time and money. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We've used Viator tours multiple times and always enjoy the tours.

Viator should make it clear that castle wasn't included. We were disappointed. The river cruise and the guide was fine

Would recommend this half day tour which started with a bus tour, followed by a 1 hour walk around the castle then 1 hour river cruise then short walk again. Very informative guide.
