The tour includes 2 parts: tour with a guide and free time for walking through the Memorial, visiting memorial cinema etc..
The Memorial consists of the following historic sites from the years 1940 – 1945, which you can visit: 
• The Small Fortress
• The Jewish Ghetto Museum
• The Park of the Terezín Children
• The former Magdeburg Barracks
• The Jewish Prayer Room
The guide will tell about foundation of Terezin in the 18th century, when the Austrian fortress was built in its place for the state defense. About the fortress complex, which was used during the monarchy of the Habsburgs as a prison for military and political prisoners. And then the guide will tell you about the Second World War, when the Germans create on the territory of Terezin ghetto for Jewish prisoners - Theresienstadt. The guide also tels about SOviet and American troops in Czech region during the II World War and about liberation of Terezin on May 9, 1945, after which a memorial museum was established in the fortress.
