This is the only street in the world with two Nobel Prize winners. This is our meeting point, our tour guide will meet you here and take you up the road telling you the rich history of Vilakazi Street and showing you were the history took place. We will visit The Nelson Mandela house and Desmond Tutu's House.

Our tour guide will then take you to the Hector Pietersen Museum. This is an important part of Soweto's History. Our tour guide will tell you about the important movement that took place in shaping Soweto in 1976. You get see pics and symbols to help you understand better.

Our tour guide will then take you the exact spot were everything happened, where the shooting took place. The corner where student were confronted by police.

Our tour guide will then take us to see where Soweto TV is situated. We are the only Township with a community television station in South Africa and it is important for our tour guide to show us this venue.

Our tour guide will now take you to Desmond Tutu's house. One of the two Nobel Prize winners. The house is not open to the public but we are allowed to have a stop outside the house.

Stop At: Soweto Brewing Company, 11846 Senokoanyane Street, Soweto, Johannesburg 1804 South Africa
Our tour guide will then take you to the Soweto Brewing Company where you get to taste 5 different beers, made at the Soweto Brewing Company. You will also get a chance to see where the beer is brewed and hear the story of how the brewery started.

Stop At: Orlando West Regional Park, Armitage Street, Soweto, Johannesburg 1804 South Africa
Our tour guide will also take us to see Winnie Mandela's House. The house is also not open to the public but we are allowed to stop there. It holds so much history, this is where Winnie Mandela was buried.
Duration: 15 minutes

We will then make our way back to Vilakazi Street, to enjoy some authentic Soweto Meal called a Kota.
