Describe the service you experienced: Two stars. Delay in pick up in the airport. We were dropped off the moped terminal in dt. El Nido and we have to wait for 45 minutes for a transfer to our horrendous 1 star or no star hotel. We have to pay the 50 pesos ourselves for the tricyle who we booked ourselves to bring us to the hotel because there were no prior arrangements. We were told the van that picked us up in Puerto Princesa airport (we were bumped off the first van and had to wait for another one) were to take us directly to the hotel upon arrival in El Nido but did not happen. There were no organized agenda at all. If I did not voice out my discontent on why is it that we are clueless of what the name of the hotel is; what time is the excursions; why is our accommodation not as suitable for the amount of money that we paid, etc. Tell us how you liked the room: The worst. Booked two single/double beds, ended up sharing a queen bed with room mate. Small room-no chair inside, cramped space, feels like a backpacker place. For the price we paid, we could have found a much, much better hotel if we searched independently and at a reasonable price. Talk about the location and amenities: (Abad's Place) Location is near or almost dt. Bathroom is horrendous. No shower curtain; water flow is so limited; electricity comes and goes; no soap, basic shampoo provided; we have to request toilet paper everyday. Breakfast, which is included, is a guessing game. You go to the restaurant on the 4th floor and whatever is available that morning, that is what you will have-example-egg and corned beef; egg and hot dog, all served with rice and instant coffee which the hot water, you have to wait while it is being boiled. That's it. Don't expect a choice or bread at all. Say what you liked best and least: The location is good; the excursion/attraction is great, the people in the cramped, no star hotel are polite and helpful, but that's about it. Everything else is horrible after that. I booked this excursion because it is by Viator and I expected the best because the company is known for that. Me and my friend regret booking this excursion.
