Drivers were great, van was good, but not super comfortable (not bad, just don't expect a plush ride). They stopped part way for a food/bathroom break and helped with bags. Great job and easy to find them right outside of the airport. We are a family of four and it was well worth the small extra expense to not be crammed into a shared van.
