About this activity
The tour starts at dusk for you to enjoy the view of the Puerto Princesa Baywalk in the evening. You'll be picked up by our driver from your city-proper hotel and will be dropped off at the wharf. From there, you'll ride a motor boat that will ferry you to a floating restaurant where your dinner will be served. If you're lucky, you may even be able to see the skyline during while the sun is setting. Adding to the experience are the city lights that can be seen from the bay once the night has taken over the day.
After completing your meals, you'll hop back to the boat that brought you in the middle of the bay. It will bring you to a waiting boat that will bring you further in to one of the estuaries that lead to the bay. This estuary is lined with mangroves that fireflies love to stay on. Your community guide will tell you fascinating information about these creatures and the environment in general.
After the tour of the estuary, you'll head back to the wharf and on to a waiting vehicle that will bring you back to your hotel.
Please note: If your hotel is located outside of downtown Puerto Princesa (within 15 kms of the airport), meet-ups will be done at the Robinsons' Mall main entrance. You may arrange transfers to this location through your hotel or contact us so we can send a van to pick you up, subject to a $100 transfer surcharge per way.

The boat ride and dinner was nice, but wished that the fireflies were more numerous and impressive than what I can find at home with our fireflies.
