No one showed up to the confirmed pickup point. We called the tour company twice and were told they would get back to us, but they never called us back. We were left stranded at the hotel! We ended up finding a taxi driver who kindly agreed to take us to Iguazu and told us exactly what to do there. Even if you are able to get in touch with the company, recommend doing Iguazu on your own because this tour is not worth the money.

We took Tangol tour for this activity. Our tour guide, Ricardo, did a good job in guiding us around. Major set back was that, we signed up for an English tour group, but most of the tourists in our bus were Spanish-speaking. So Ricardo spoke in Spanish most of the time, that we have to remind him time after time to do in English as well.

We had a very knowledgeable and aware tour guide and I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you had only one day and no Brazilian visa as was my situation. Since most of the falls are on the Argentine side, this was not a problem. We had both Spanish and English speakers on the tour and the guide was sensitive to this fact and provided a very balanced narrative in terms of time allotted to each language group. Anyone taking this tour should know that it covers all three levels of the catwalks and, in some cases, it is a bit more than an easy hike. The Falls have long been on my bucket list and I came away very happy with my time there. Frankly, I have never had a bad tour with Viator and have taken several in Europe and Iceland previously.
