Day 1: 4x4 vehicle to Jungle/ Motor boat river ride/ Amazon wildlife walk
Arrival at the airport or bus station and transfer to your office, before leaving for the adventure. so that you re-pack to store the unneeded items and carry sufficient for the trip. Land transfer (by Car) for 2 hours to the banks of the Tambopata River. From there we shall have a boat to the Eco lodge. Lunch based on the arrival time. In the afternoon we will take an introductory head into the rainforest to see wild creatures.
Day 2: River boat to Macaw Clay Lick/ Excursion to monkey Island/ Night Caiman (Alligator)
get up very early, at 4:30 am, to be on an unbelievable journey by boat to the world’s largest macaw clay lick EL CHUNCHO, a journey around 1:00 hour by motor boat. Along the way we will get the chance to see some mammal species such as capybaras, tapirs, and you may even start to see the most beautiful South American feline, the jaguar. Quite a few people are witnesses with photographic proof encounters with one of these beautiful mammals. After arrival to the macaw clay licks you will notice a huge number of parrots of 9 different species arrived to eat clay from the cliff on the river, followed by hundreds of Macaws which make a unique colorful show. After that go back to Puerto Maldonado, Madre de Dios river to get to our lodge located near Sandoval Lake, afternoon visit to monkey island followed at night with Cayman search.
Day 3: Trek to Lake Sandoval/ Dugout canoe around lake/ Night walk around Lodge
After breakfast we will have a 3,5 km walk. To check out Lake Sandoval (piranha habitat), among the largest in the Tambopata National Reserve, and stroll in a rowing boat from where we shall appreciate many bird species (hoatzin, cormorant, jacana, tiger heron), and monkeys (howler monkey, brown capuchin monkey, tamarin), and also sloths. We might meet the category of giant river otters, species at risk of extinction, or perhaps a black caiman. Go back to the lodge to take pleasure from an average lunch. At night we shall take yet another possibility to walk where we are able to appreciate a diversity of species of insects, amphibians, reptiles, along with other nocturnal animals. Dinner and rest.
Day 4: 30 meters high- Canopy walk-way/ Breakfast and transfer to airport or bus station/
At 5:30 am in the jungle morning we will have a short walk to a canopy walk-way, around 30 meters high, allowing us to understand nature from as high as you possibly can. We will likewise have a panoramic view of the Madre de Dios River. From the platforms we are in a position to observe different species of birds, including toucans, macaws, tanagers, oropendolas, for certain it’ll be an excellent experience. Breakfast and go back to the town, transfer to the airport and/or bus station. Included.

Tour was great but food was not - hope they provide fresh juices and salad - also at Sandoval lake lodge - electric light urns off at 9:30 PM - not a good idea - after finishing dinner we hardly have time to relax or walk around the lodge - plus when light is off more mosquitoes around hope they extend this curfew - also limited electric light availability in the morning. Also, there is no electric fan in any of the lodges - suggesting to include low power electric fan - that would make life easy from mosquitoes even we have mosquitoes net
