Chris picked us up at the hotel at the agreed upon time. There were 3 of us traveling together and another guy from SanFrancisco was added to our tour. (We were asked via email ahead of time if it was okay to add a person.). The tour van was very clean and comfortable. Chris spoke very good English and clearly enjoys sharing the beauty of this area. He was very enthusiastic. As we looked at Osorno, the volcano, he asked if we would like to add on a trip to the volcano to our itinerary and we all voted in favor. So, we ended up going to the ski area on Osorno where we ate our lunch of empanadas and wine. All in all we had a longer, wonderful tour that gave us an informative overview of the area.

We visited the waterfalls and briefly the two towns; I would have preferred to have a little more time in Frutillar; the falls were beautiful but very crowded.

A great day trip off the cruise with some walking in the National Park, lovely waterfalls, green lagoon with stunning reflections. We beat the crowd so very quiet. Amazing volcano ancient lava and ash heaps from eruption 4 years ago

This tour was excellent. We were visiting from a ship and only had the one day to enjoy Pueto Montt. A very good way to see the lovely sites around the Puerto Montt area. The guide was good, the weather was changable but didn't stop us from seeing everything. Unable to see the snow capped top of the volcano due to low clowd Enjoyed this trip enormously.

The waterfalls and volcanoes were simply beautiful! Frutillar was a cute little town, where we had a light lunch and walked along the beautiful waterfront.
