Day 1: Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine

Pass By: Fantástico Sur, Calle 661 - Esmeralda, Puerto Natales, Natales, Magallanes and Antártica Chilena Region, Chile
Meet at Fantástico Sur office in Puerto Natales (3 pm) for orientation talk and travel 2.5 hours via private shuttle to the Torres del Paine National Park.

Pass By: Torres del Paine National Park Chile
Departure from Puerto Natales (approx. 2.5 hours): private shuttle service. Arrival at Torres del Paine National Park in the evening.

Day 2: Hike to Base Las Torres

Stop At: W-Trail, Las Torres 1, Torres del Paine National Park Chile
Early in the morning, we start hiking to one of the park’s landmarks — Mirador de Las Torres lookout point at the base of the granite peaks. The first stretch leads across the pampa and the Ascencio River before climbing 3 km up to Los Vientos
Pass for amazing views of the valley, lakes and glaciers. The walk continues to Chileno Mountain Refuge and deep into a lenga forest to La Morrena, where the hardest part of the hike begins. A steep, rocky trail rises to the spectacular Base Las Torres lookout point. After taking in the awe-inspiring scene, descend back to the Sector Central Campsite for dinner and overnight.
Duration: 8 to 10 hours.

Day 3: Hike to Sector Frances

Stop At: W-Trail, Las Torres 1, Torres del Paine National Park Chile
The focus of today’s walk is a 13.5-km route along the shore of Nordenskjold Lake, Almirante Nieto peak and the amazing Cuernos del Paine, with magnificent views of Los Cuernos, hanging glaciers, lakes and lush vegetation that reveals the area’s rich and varied flora and fauna.
Duration: 4,5 to 6,5 hours.
Distance: 13,5 km.
Difficulty: medium
Elevation gain: 200 m

Day 4: Hike to Valle Frances

Stop At: W-Trail, Las Torres 1, Torres del Paine National Park Chile
The days begins with an ascent to another icon of the circuit, the Valle Francés (French Valley). The hikes starts with a light walk to the Italiano Campsite before climbing (about 2 km) through forest up the Frances River Valley. Perched at the top of the trail is Frances Lookout Point with its breathtaking views of the landscape framed by Paine Grande, catedral, Hoja, Marasca, Espada, Aleta de Tiburon and Cuerno del Norte peaks. Afterwards we descend to the Paine Grande Mountain Refuge.
Duration: 8 to 10 hours.
Distance: 20,5 km.

Day 5: Hike to Sector Lake Grey / Grey Lake Cruise / Return to Puerto Natales

Stop At: Navigation of Lago Grey, Ruta 9 Norte Km. 315 Cerro Castillo, Torres del Paine National Park, Chile, Torres del Paine National Park Chile
oday’s goal is viewing the circuit’s third milestone - magnificent Grey Glacier. The trail wraps around Paine Grande (highest point in the range at 3,050 meters) with incredible views its hanging glaciers. Passing through stands of Antarctic beech (ñirre), Dombey’s beech (coigue), and Chilean fire bush (notro), we reach the first lookout point for Lake Grey. The route continues to an even more imposing view of the lake and its icebergs, before a catamaran cruise to the foot of the glacier. The journey ends with a voyage across the lake to the Hotel Lago Grey area and transfer back to Puerto Natales, arriving there around 5 pm.
