Stop At: Gringo Gulch, Calle Zaragoza 445, Puerto Vallarta Mexico
Gringo Gulch is part of the Historical District of Puerto Vallarta, created in the 50's of the past Century with hints of modernity and luxury demanded by new comers from North America retired of the Second World War. Beautiful houses inspired in the traditional architecture of the highlands ( mining towns stablished during the Colonial times) designed by talented and Bohemian Mexicans. This part of the neighborhood is where the "Vallarta Style" was developed to offer shelter to jet set personalities like John Houston, Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, lovely phantoms of the neighborhood.

Stop At: Isla Cuale, Puerto Vallarta Mexico
We'll arrive to the Cuale Island or the " Island of the Children" the way that the natives called to this land in the middle of the river, the playground of many generations, as well considered the cultural craddle of the region. Until the 50's this was the south limit of the original town. We will talk about its origin, uses and future.
