Jenny and her driver picked us up promptly at our hotel. Our tour had both Spanish speakers and English speakers which she deftly handled. She was very knowledgeable about Chiloé and we learned a lot. She took us to a nice local restaurant and made sure we understood the menu and that we were charged the correct amount. She was very personable and attentive. The 12-hour tour exceeded our expectations!
