Itinerary
Sea breeze touching our cheeks, the smell of sea filling our nostrils, birds song leading us to shavasana - like an inner welness for our body and soul. From time to time, some voices, some dog paws, some sounds that bring us an opportunity to practice our inward focus. Does it seem fun? Come and join me.
We will be focusing on our breath and moving our bodies with it, respecting our body and its limits. At the beginning of the class I like to hear few words from my students so I can get to know you a bit and know about your previous experience with yoga (or some injuries that I should know about). I like to offer some variations of asanas, adjusted to the needs of the group and individuals. We will be doing nice and relaxed hatha yoga practice, determining the level by the group possibilities. We will finish our practice with a guided deep relaxation.
Practice will be held on grass (under the pines) or concrete terrain (as shown in the pictures), depending on the weather and wishes of the group.
